Driving Under the Influence (DUI) –2nd Offense.

Facts:

Client stopped at a gas station and was extremely intoxicated. Gas station attendant called police. When police arrived they observed client driving her vehicle gas station parking lot and vomiting out the driver’s side door. Client was stopped and arrested for DUI.
